+ Â What is the cost of your services?
Our services are tailored to each client's individual needs and requests. Please check in with us to see which of our services best fit your household and budget. We are happy to provide recurring services at a lower cost with high standards. We are happy to provide a free quote based on your home size and specific needs.
+ What’s included in a flat-rate services?
All flat-rate cleans are usually calculated based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have in your home. Additionally, all living areas, dining and kitchen areas will be sparkling clean too! Any additional rooms such as studies, theaters and home offices are considered as bedrooms. Any 'extra' not selected on the form is not included in your cleaning.
+ Â How do I pay for my cleaning services?
We accept all debit and all major credit cards. A valid credit card is required to be on file at the time of booking. A hold will be placed on this card 24 hours before your cleaning day approaches. The credit card will be charged after the cleaning is completed.
+ Â Who provides the equipment?
We do ask that our clients provide the following supplies to avoid cross contamination between homes: vacuum cleaner and toilet brush. Otherwise Simply Clean's trusted technicians provides everything needed to clean your home. Including but limited to - scrub brushes, cleaning solutions, and freshly-washed cleaning cloths.
+Â Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?
Some clients prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process - this is up to you. If you won't be there, your cleaners just need a way to get in and they promise they will treat your home like their own. They can lock up and/or leave the key wherever you like.
+ Will I have the same cleaner each visit?
We understand that having a familiar face clean your home is essential for a lot of people. That's why we make sure to send the same cleaner for every visit, ensuring that you have someone you know and trust taking care of your home.
